Wholesale Guidelines

Overview

  • Our valued wholesale stockists receive 40% OFF all orders.
  • Opening order minimum is $150, reorder minimum is $100
  • If you are a subscription box service, please provide us with the quantities three weeks ahead of time of the items you are purchasing so we have the inventory you need on hand. 
  • You may not sell our items and or designs on Etsy, Amazon, or to a 3rd party.

Payment

  • Payment is due when your order is placed via credit card through our website. 
  • All wholesale orders receive the option to select free shipping as a thank you for being so supportive of our small business. 

Shipping & Packaging

  • All wholesale orders receive Free Shipping as an option. We are thrilled you love our candles and want your customers to love them, too. Let's make getting the candles to you as easy as possible.
  • Once your order ships, you'll receive an email from us with your tracking number(s). 
  • Orders are shipped in the least amount of boxes possible. 
  • We ship most orders UPS or USPS the next business day following your order. Orders placed during the holiday season may take 3-5 business days to ship. 

Returns & Cancellations 

  • Due to the nature of our product, returns are not accepted.
  • We package our items well, however, if an item should arrive damaged please notify us within 3 business days so we can replace it for you. Please provide a photo as well as your order number. 
  • If you must cancel an order, it must be done before an item is shipped out. Once the items are shipped, they can no longer be cancelled. Your refund will be given in the original form of payment you provided us at checkout.
